Booking Conditions
To secure a booking, a 20%, non-refundable deposit is required. We only hold dates for a maximum period of 48 hours pending receipt of deposit. Most bank transfers are instant. Contact us for details.
Check-in time is from 1600 hours and you must check out no later than 10am. If you have a late flight we may be able to arrange for your luggage to be kept in a central place until your transfer.
A security deposit of £250 is required at the time of paying balance. This will be held until a full check of the villa has taken place and notification received by our management agents
that no losses or damaged have occurred. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
A booking form must be completed and returned after reservation. In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel, the following charges will be made: Up to 6 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit; between 6 weeks and 2 weeks - 50% of the rental fee and 2 weeks to departure - 100% of the rental fee.
Please make sure you have insurance in place at the time of making a booking. You may then be covered for any loss depending on your cover, and reasons for cancelling.

All prices are quoted for the rental of the villa. Dalaman airport transfers are extra, can be booked in advance and paid directly to the transfer company, Enes Travel, on arrival. Should you wish to organise cots, highchairs etc. please go directly to kalkanconcierge.com
