Prices quoted are for the villa per week.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 6 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £200 is also required at time of paying balance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses.

Cancellation charges :-
Up to 6 weeks prior departure loss of deposit
Between 6 and 2 weeks prior departure 50%
2 weeks and departure 100%



Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport are not included but can be arranged for you. Please enquire at time of booking.

Flights are not included

Check-in time is from 4pm
Check-out time 11am.

Airport  transfers for your return journey must be reconfirmed by you 72 hours before. we take no responsibility for “No shows” or late pick up.

Car hire can be arranged and delivered to the villa and paid for locally, please enquire at time of booking.

The villa is cleaned twice weekly with a change of towels and bed linen weekly. The pool and gardens are cleaned daily.

British passport holders require a visa to enter Turkey. This is obtained upon arrival at a cost of £10 per person, including children.  Please ensure you have the correct money and the notes are clean (notes only, coins not accepted). Please ensure you have adequate travel Insurance. We will not be liable for any losses or accidents

Due to the location of the villa it is not suitable for the infirm or families with small children.(infinity pool)

The villa has a strict no smoking policy. Smoking only permitted outside.
